Define your art:
I don’t think I have any definition for my art, even if photography is art itself.  I guess it’s making something unexpected out of something that others maybe don’t see or don’t pay attention to, turning it into something unusual.   Making people feel like "I go by there every day, and I had never seen this", making them reflect on the beauty of the natural and urban landscapes of Mexico.  Making the ordinary into the extraordinary.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?
The tranquility of an endless sunset.

What determines your future, fate or free will?
Your destiny is shaped by your own will.

What that respect more, power or wealth?
I respect both of those but I respect humility, creativity and character much more.

Are you bound by honor or duty?
By the duty to be honorable in my passion.

Mexico described in one word:
Folklore

What do you say when you talk about Mexico?
That like anywhere in the world, unfortunately, Mexico has its flaws, but its beauty and its virtues rise well above the problems.  That the natural beauty and warmth the people is something that very few places in the world can equal.

If you did not live in Mexico, where would you live? Or why do you live in Mexico?
I was born in Mexico and want to live in Mexico but for the personal growth I would get from the experience of living abroad, I would like to go somewhere in Europe, the USA, or Canada.

What is the national icon that inspires you most and why?
Mariachi music.  You can be anywhere in the world and when you hear mariachi music you’re instantly back to Mexico.  But my real inspiration is the nature of Mexico, particularly its landscapes.

What is your favorite news source?
Internet ;)

Describe a perfect Mexican food
All Mexican food is perfect, but if I have to choose just one it would be red enchiladas stuffed with chicken, plenty of salsa, refried beans with cheese, guacamole with tortilla chips and horchata or jamaica water.

What makes a country great?
No doubt, its people and their actions.

What is the biggest challenge in Mexico?
To have a resurgence against the corruption and violence, to awaken and return Mexico to being safe and friendly.
