The power to create and innovate. We can achieve a lot but it’s easy to get stuck in the rut of what we know or fear change. The best moments in my life have been the times when, for whatever reason, I pushed myself and got out of my comfort zone.

What do you say when you talk about Mexico?
I love Mexico. I returned to Mexico after 12 years abroad because I needed to connect with my family and country. There’s been some challenging times and there are still aspects of the culture that I don’t totally understand, but coming back has been one of the best decisions of my life. We are a country with unlimited potential and so much to offer the world.

If you did not live in Mexico, where would you go? 
I like to travel, see new countries, but now I feel like I’ll always come back to Mexico.

What national icon inspires you most and why?
There are several... Today it’s Carmen Aristegui.

What is your favorite news source?
The web.

What would you say is the best Mexican book/movie/artwork?
